Membership Plan Highlights:

 Full-Privilege Golf Membership
Available to families or individuals living in Haywood or adjacent counties.

$2,500 Initiation - $3,120 Annual Dues
Includes   - Unlimited Green Fees
                   - Advanced Tee Times
                   - Free Locker Rental
                   - Free Range Balls
                   - 10% Discount in Dining Room & Bar
                   - Pro Shop & Discovery Wellness Spa Discounts
                   - Full and preferred access to all Club amenities including golf, fitness, pool, tennis & dining.

Dual Resident Full-Privilege Golf Membership
Available to those families or individuals whose primary residence is outside Haywood or adjacent counties but who also own property in Haywood or adjacent counties.

$1,250 Initiation - $3,120 Annual Dues
Includes   - Unlimited Green Fees
                   - Advanced Tee Times
                   - Free Locker Rental
                   - Free Range Balls
                   - Full and preferred access to all Club amenities including golf, fitness, pool, tennis & dining.
                   - 10% Discount in Dining Room & Bar
                   - Pro Shop & Discovery Wellness Spa Discounts

Non-Resident Full-Privilege Golf Membership
Available to those families or individuals whose primary residence is outside Haywood County and do not own property in Haywood.

$2,500 Initiation - $1,860 Annual Dues

                   - Free Locker Rental
                   - Free Range Balls
                   - Full and preferred access to all Club amenities including golf, fitness, pool, tennis & dining.

Individual Golf Membership
Available to individuals living in Haywood or adjacent counties.

$1,500 Initiation - $2,280 Annual Dues
Includes   - Unlimited Green Fees
                   - Advanced Tee Times
                   - Free Locker Rental
                   - Free Range Balls
                   - 10% Discount in Dining Room & Bar
                   - Pro Shop & Discovery Wellness Spa Discounts
*An individual golf membership does not include access to Club fitness center, pool or tennis courts.

Junior Full-Privilege Golf Membership
Available to families or individuals living in Haywood or adjacent counties under the age of 35.

$1,500 Initiation - $2,280 Annual Dues
Includes   - Unlimited Green Fees
                   - Advanced Tee Times
                   - Free Locker Rental
                   - Free Range Balls
                   - Full and preferred access to all Club amenities including golf, fitness, pool, tennis & dining.
                   - 10% Discount in Dining Room & Bar
                   - Pro Shop & Discovery Wellness Spa Discounts

Sports Membership
Available to those families or individuals who would like to use the Club facilities excluding golf.

$1,500 Initation - $660 Annual Dues
Includes  - Full access to Club Fitness Center, Pool, Tennis Courts, Dining & Social Events
                  - 10% Discount in Dining Room & Bar
                  - Discovery Wellness Spa Discounts
                  - Membership not transferrable except to surviving spouse
                  - Initiation fee is non-refundable

Corporate Full-Privilege Golf Membership 
Available to companies and businesses in Haywood or adjacent counties - allows up to five (5) designees.

*Each designee may be changed no more than once annually for a transfer fee not to exceed 50% of the initiation fee in effect at time of designee change and is due and payable to Maggie Valley Club.
