Real Estate
Maggie Valley Club offers diverse options for Smoky Mountain living in a small boutique property—less than 300 owners will be fortunate enough to live and play here. Take advantage of maintenance free living in a condo, cottage or townhome, or build your dream home on one of our prime homesites.
With the first phase of development complete, including the neighborhoods of Persimmon Point Condominiums, the Cottages at Chestnut Cove and Scarlet Oaks homesites, Maggie Valley Club is continuing to release prime real estate with the addition of Masters Landing Townhomes and the Cottages at Sycamore Ridge. Ownership at Maggie Valley Club offers exceptional opportunities, which includes a sports membership with an option to upgrade to a full golf membership and access to everything Maggie Valley Club has to offer.
Life here is comfortable, offering worlds-away solitude coupled with close-to-it all convenience. The quaint town of Waynesville is only minutes away, while Asheville, Western North Carolina's largest city, is only half an hour.
