Maggie Valley, NC: East West Partners Club Management, operator of the Maggie Valley Club, is pleased to announce the hiring of Billie Green as lead real estate sales broker for Maggie Valley Resort Management, LLC.

The Maggie Valley Club is one of Western North Carolina’s premier golf and vacation destinations. The new, dramatic clubhouse completed in 2007 complements a number of enhancements to its time-honored golf course, establishing a new standard for both mountain living and vacation getaways.

Ms. Green’s new responsibilities with the Maggie Valley Club will involve all aspects of the real estate sales effort, including developing and executing the sales marketing strategy and plan, and advising owners and management in all matters of real estate sales.

Most recently Ms. Green has served as Broker and Realtor at Beverly-Hanks Associates in Waynesville. She proudly states that real estate has been her full time profession since licensure in 1997 and she holds the e-PRO certification (in Internet Real Estate Marketing and Sales) and is a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). She is active in her community and has served as a volunteer with numerous organizations, both locally and at the state level. She currently serves as the 2009 Regional Chairperson for the March of Dimes.

Ms. Green’s awards and recognition include Haywood County Realtor of the Year (2003) and the National Association of Realtors “30 under 30” Award (2004). She has served in a variety of capacities on the Haywood Country Board of Realtors, as well as the North Carolina and National Associations of Realtors. A native of Western North Carolina, Ms. Green attended Southwestern Community College and is a graduate of Leadership Haywood (1999) and the North Carolina Leadership Academy (2002).
